I love Rochelle coaching me. I have not been this low in my weight in a long time. If i have any issues or concerns she is right there to help me overcome my obstacle. I have chose to continue having her coach me even after my 6 month trial. I have never thought i would be able to eat as much food as i am eating and srill lose weight. Excellent online training and macro management! The workouts are always challenging and Ryan does a great job checking in to make sure things are going smoothly. I really enjoy the app they use for tracking progress and nutrition as well. Would recommend to anyone.read more

I've been working with Ryan with contest prep coaching for 5 weeks with online macro and training. I'm down 12 lbs, and eating way more than I've ever had with no cardio! These guys are amazing, and I highly recommend them to everyone whether it be contest prep or just lifestyle coaching.read more

I’ve been working with Rochelle as my macro coach for a little over 3 months. In that time I’ve lost 15lbs and many inches. She is incredibly supportive and whenever I have questions she’s there anytime day or night. If I’m having a hard time trying to count my macros or eat or decide what to eat, she’s there helping along the way.
I’ve eaten more food than I thought possible and lost the weight, and I’m continuing to lose weight even past my original goal! I would recommend Rochelle and Unique Performance for all your nutrition and fitness needs.read more

Honestly, the team here is awesome! Max was super straightforward and set clear expectations and goals with me during my consultation. I've been working with Kaelin and she has totally been kicking my ass!! She has built a program and workouts for me that challenge me every single rep.
